F.O.R.C.E Full-On Resistance and Conditioning Exercise
The Rivertown Fitness FORCE is a no nonsense, back-to-basics youth boot camp class that will get kids stronger, faster and leaner.
The FORCE (Full-On Resistance and Conditioning Exercise) currently meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 9 a.m. at Rivertown Fitness and Salon. During the school year, classes are held twice weekly in the afternoon. When weather permits, the group heads outdoors to the Riverfront Park for sprints, jump training, lunges and relay races.
The youth boot camp is aimed at girls and boys aged 9 to 18 and costs $10 for each session.
